Adaptive layers with Coasting

Adaptive layers would be much more useful if the coasting parameters were modified based on each layer height. As they both work now they are mutual exclusive if you have seam problems that can be solved with coasting. It would even be better if the printer speed was also considered while setting the coasting parameters. Although that would be more difficult in practice because Cura probably won't know the actual print speed due to the interaction between the gcode and the printer's firmware.
