Hi,
i’ve been looking for a New 3D printer because my old one is too slow.
I’ve decided to buy a printer that has to print faster (minimum 200mms).
I’ve been looking around for a while and I found those: (these match my budget (+-440$) and requirements)
1. Brand new - Flsun qqs pro
has a great print speed of 200mms etc.
2. Old Pre-used (2017) ultimaker 2+
has a better print speed of 300mms??
I mostly want the ultimaker, but I’m afraid that since it is old and the seller states it has been used a lot, that the whole thing will begin to break down and cost me a lot in repairs.
But the ultimaker is 150$ cheaper, so I could spend them on upgrades/ repairs for the printer so it will hold many more years.
But as a total noob I don’t know if that would be a good/ realistic solution.
do you guys think I could “save” the printer and make it work as good as new for the next few years?
what do you guys think, which option would be the best? Or do you have a better solution?
Best regards
