printing lithophanes

I have tried using lithophane makers on the net, but I have come to the conclusion that the built in one on Cura is the best of them all.  The problem I have with it is that it defaults to a size of 100 x 100.  I make all my lithos at 148 x 100.  It is easy enougy to change the settings in the slicer, but I need to remember to do it every time.  I'm pushing 80. and my memory is not what is was.  Is there some way that I can make the lithomaker default to 148 x 100?
