Ultimaker filament stuck in material selection bay

Hi,

I've gotten a message about the material station bay D having extrusion problems. There's no obvious issues that I can see on the back of the machine so I have to assume it's a piece of material (PVA most likely) getting stuck within the internal parts of the material station.

I have tried to push filament through every bay of the printer but this doesn't seem to have budged the lodged piece either. Are there any other solutions that could help?

Thanks
