Bonjour à tous,

Mon Ultimaker original est en commande. Je suis donc nouveau ici.

J'ai l'opportunité d'acheter une bobine de filament laywoo-3d à bon prix en 3mm d'épaisseur. Il me vient alors une question concernant la différence de diamètre des filaments en vente sur le site Ultimaker et sur les sites de vente de consommable. J'ai remarqué que la plupart du temps les diamètres vendu sont de 3mm sauf chez ultimaker qui est de 2.85mm.

Mes questions sont:

-Retour d'expérience avec Laywoo?

-Les différents diamètres (3mm,1.75mm, ...) peut importe la matière sont-il compatible avec la même buse, bowden, ...?

-tout autre info...

Si sujet déjà débattu merci de me rediriger car ma recherche n'a rien donné.

    Tu as une idée du fabricant de ta bobine?

    Sinon oui la plupart des filaments sont vendu en 3mm mais en réalité ils font 2.85mm avec une tolérance qui varie en fonction des marques.

    Tu trouveras les tailles réels des filaments sur les sites des constructeurs, si le filament fait vraiment 3mm je pense que ca ne passe pas sur une UM

    Comme le dis Didier, les vendeurs annoncent du filament a 3mm, mais en réalité c'est entre 2.84 - 2.90 en fonction du fabriquant. Aucune chance que ton filament fasse réellement 3mm.

    Par contre, non un filament 1.75mm n'est pas compatible avec l'Ultimaker. Ici, qui peut le plus peut le moins ne se vérifie pas...

    Peut-être, mais j'en ai jamais vu.

    J'ai commandé chez Fabberdashery, RepRap, Colorfabb, Ultimaker et Mexhibit. Aucun de ceux la font réellement 3mm.

    Après, il existe peut etre du filament a 3mm, mais j'en doute. 1,75 et ce faux 3mm sont surement des dimensions standardisé. Produire du "vrai" 3mm serait un risque de non compatibilité avec de nombreuses imprimantes grand public qui sont construites de la même façon.

    Didier, je pensais que Laywoo-3D était la marque :???:.

    La marque est FormFutura. Je leur ai envoyé un mail. J'attends leur réponse.

    Merci pour vos réponses... Elles me seront utile.

    FormFutura je pense que c'est OK avec l'Ultimaker, du moins j'ai vu plusieurs fois des sujets sur le forum avec des filaments de chez eux.

        The UltiMaker S7 is built on the success of the UltiMaker S5 and its design decisions were heavily based on feedback from customers.
         
         
        So what’s new?
        The obvious change is the S7’s height. It now includes an integrated Air Manager. This filters the exhaust air of every print and also improves build temperature stability. To further enclose the build chamber the S7 only has one magnetically latched door.
         
        The build stack has also been completely redesigned. A PEI-coated flexible steel build plate makes a big difference to productivity. Not only do you not need tools to pop a printed part off. But we also don’t recommend using or adhesion structures for UltiMaker materials (except PC, because...it’s PC). Along with that, 4 pins and 25 magnets make it easy to replace the flex plate perfectly – even with one hand.
         
        The re-engineered print head has an inductive sensor which reduces noise when probing the build plate. This effectively makes it much harder to not achieve a perfect first layer, improving overall print success. We also reversed the front fan direction (fewer plastic hairs, less maintenance), made the print core door magnets stronger, and add a sensor that helps avoid flooding.
         

         
        The UltiMaker S7 also includes quality of life improvements:
        Reliable bed tilt compensation (no more thumbscrews) 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi A 1080p camera (mounted higher for a better view) Compatibility with 280+ Marketplace materials Compatibility with S5 project files (no reslicing needed) And a whole lot more
