Raft Generation Bug

When generating rafts, sometimes some of the layers aren't completely generated. I am using 5.2.1, which is the latest version, and it also happened in previous versions.

This usually can be fixed by changing the raft margin.

Example:

This happens with different shapes that have holes. And always the layer below the top raft layer.

    Hey @maxibarmetler,

Welcome to the Ultimaker Community 🎉
    Thanks for your report 👍

This looks like an issue that has already been reported on Github.
You can read more about it here: https://github.com/Ultimaker/Cura/issues/13696

Do you have a project file for us? It contains the printer and settings we need for troubleshooting.
To save a project file go to File -> Save project.

I can add your example so we have more examples to test when we are trying to resolve this issue.
