Cura 5.2 - Priming Tower Material Inverted Spontaneously

I do not recall making any changes to my settings, but my printer has suddenly inverted the materials in the priming tower. Extruder 1 is PLA, Extruder 2 is PVA. It used to print the initial layer and the outside wall with PLA, and then prime the PVA during the build on the inside. It now does the opposite. It prints the base and outer walls from PVA (Extruder 2) and then primes PLA on the inside at each layer from Extruder 1.

I have tried closing and re-opening the application. I have tried turning off and turning back on numerous settings (prime tower, skirt/brim, etc.).

Has anyone else had this happen?
