· Print Quality Changes on different colors
Sorry to hear you are having this issue..
But no one is really going to be able to provide advice for you without pictures of the issue vs good print and or screenshots of what the model looks like in the area with the print quality issue.
It is possible depending on the brand of material that not all colors are created equally, this is not uncommon.
Honestly not even all materials are created equal either. There is no "standard" for how PLA must be made.. so everyone has their own recipe for it in most cases.
Which would mean for those other colors you would need a slightly adjusted print profile if its the case for your issue.

In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
