Does not laminate the reliefs

Hola comunidad. Mi problema es el siguiente: Quiero imprimir un modelo que tiene relieves pero, como se puede ver en las imágenes, cuando lo pongo boca abajo no aparecen ciertos patrones. No obstante cuando lo volteo si aparecen. ¿Cómo puedo arreglar esto? muchas gracias.

 

Hello community. My problem is the following: I want to print a model that has relief but, as you can see in the images, when I turn it upside down certain patterns do not appear. However when I turn it, it does appear. How can i fix this? thank you so much.

In the Mesh Settings section of Cura make sure that "Remove all Holes" is turned off and that "Make Overhangs Printable" is turned off.  That looks like "Remove all Holes" might be on.
