Cura Cutting Off Larger Print Even With Room To Spare

Hey all, I'm trying to print a large object that for all intents and purposes should fit within my build plate with room to spare. However, no matter what settings I tweak, I can't seem to get it to print correctly. It always seems to cut off the last 5mm or so on one side of the print. I've tried:

- offsetting the object away from the cut-off side in cura

- altering the buildplate dimensions under "machine settings" to "trick" the program into thinking there's more room

- removing raft/brim/skirt

- disabling prime blob/line

The object is only 220.7mm on it's longest dimension, and the Ender is supposed to have a 235mm buildplate.  I know there is supposedly a "safety margin", but even a 10mm margin should still give me plenty of room.

I've verified that the print head and build plate are not hitting any mechanical stops. It appears that some software is cutting off the edge (it just prints a straight line as if it was cut off, rather than printing over itself like it would if there were a mechanical issue), and I can't for the life of me figure out why.

What gives?

Using an Ender 3v2, and Cura 5.1.0.

Sorry to hear your having issues..

However the "straight line" printing your referring to sounds like how Marlin firmware deals with moves outside of build volume depending on how it was configured.

Simply stated. You build volume limits in your firmware have been set small than your physical build volume.
This cant be fixed by UltiMaker Cura, its a limit in the firmware.
