Posted · Ultimaker S5 - ASA quality issues "blobs"

Hello, I have issue with printing of ASA fillament. I'm using Fillamentum ASA Traffic Black in Ultimaker S5 with AA0.8 printing core. For few months printing quality was fine, afther a while I started noticing "blobs" on outer walls. It is usually worse on shorter or curved surfaces. Simillar issue is with AA0.4 but in smaller scale.

During printing I can hear "pops" which leaded me to wet fillament (this is happening even with brand new spools) but even after drying (80°C for 5 hours) there was no progress.

I also tried to clear and change for new core without any results.

Does anyone know what can cause this?
