Moin in die Runde!

Schon lange Ruhe gewesen, aber jetzt hab ich mal wieder ein kleines Problem...

 

Ich habe Haftungsprobleme mit Fillamentum PLA auf der Filaprint Platte, bei fast allen Objekten benötige ich neuerdings ein Brim.
Ist jetzt nichts tragisches, aber ich habe hier einige Modelle bei denen ein Brim zu zuviel Nachbearbeitung führt und eher kontraproduktiv ist.

 

Extrudr und 3DJake PLA dagegen haften wie blöd drauf bei gleicher Heizbett-Temperatur, dasselbe auch bei ABS, ABS, PETG und TPU.

 

Falls hier jemand auch Fillamentum verarbeitet, was sind eure Settings?

 

Meine Settings:

 

Nozzle: 205°C
Bett: 60°C

First Layer: 20-22mm/s / 0,22mm

Wandstärke: 3
Layer Height: 0,2mm
