Changing acceleration does not affect print time

A few days ago I installed Klipper on my Ender 3, so I was browsing the settings to achieve fast print speeds. One of the benefit of Klipper should be to allow using faster accelerations, but in Cura, if I enable acceleration control, the print time does not change. For example I printed 2 xy calibration cube with the same settings except for "print acceleration", one was at 500 mm/s2 and the other was at 4000 mm/s2. Print estimated time by Cura was 31 minutes for both, and indeed both printed in 31 minutes.

I tried also with much bigger and complex model but print time estimation stays the same regardless of print acceleration.

Sure I'm missing something but... What?
