Recessed areas in print?

Curious as to what could be causing these recessed areas? I have Print Thin Walls enabled.

This behavior is repeatable across other prints that are very similar in form.

    What does the preview show in those areas?  Is the cross-section really thin?

    If the model isn't proprietary, use the "File | Save Project" command and post the 3mf file here.  Someone will take a look.
