Extruder

I have a Geeetech A20 printer with a 3in 1 extruder, well I want to print a complex product with many supports. well I want to print the product with extruder 1 and print the support with PVA with extruder 2. I have set it up in the settings. But if I'm going to print, all 3 extruders (all 3 out of 33 %) are going to run. What am I doing wrong here?
