Good morning

I have a problem when opening the CURA 5.2.2 program.

Whether running it normally or as administrator, the program won't open.

I have installed/uninstalled it many times, several previous versions as well and always without success. I have searched a lot on google but I am not able to find the problem.

I don't understand much, but I think it's a problem when booting. With another computer I installed the program and it started without problem. I noticed that doing %appdata% creates a folder "Roaming>cura>5.2".

On the computer that does work for me, the 5.2 folder is full of files.
On the computer that doesn't work for me, the 5.2 folder only has 1 folder called "plugins" and it's empty.

Please, has anyone experienced something similar and found a solution?

Thank you very much in advance!

This sounds like your likely not meeting the minimum software/hardware requirements.

Does a Cura log folder/file happen to exist somewhere in there?
Could you share your DxDiag with us?
