Lines on surface out of solutions does the same on 2 diferent printers

Hello 

 

Im new here and trying to get to the bottom of an issue!

 

I have attached some pictures both printer are dialed in very good perfect first layers however same issue on both printers 

ive checked pom wheels belts etc cant see any issues i dont think its over extrusion as it only does this in the same place 

beds leveled very well and correct gcode used for bank 0 

that particular area does has infill under. i have tried printing in diferent locations on the build plate but still the same

ender 3 v2 neo 

 

Any help would be much apriciated
