My S5 printer feeder1 is not feeding during print process, even though the print head is going through the motions. The stepper motor is working since it does load and unload the filament properly. I have the latest firmware installed as of June 6 2023. The printer is the one with the robot picture on the side. From the tag, the model number is 202256, serial number is BPP-015821-056631.
I tried to submit a ticket but could not- there was an error message on the website.
I tried making feeder 2 and print head 2 active (disabling feeder 1 from Cura) and printing from there but the Cura software does not allow that. WHY???? any way to bypass this?
Sorry you were having issues opening a ticket.
The submission form was down for about an hour - looks like you were one of the people affected by that.
Very sorry about that 😥
