Posted (edited) · Tenlog hands 2 pro printing issue

So I have a tenlog hand 2 pro and it was printing fine when I was using single filament now that I tried to use dual filament I can't get it to print a single thing without it messing up One or both heads don't like to return home all the way and stop the print and the other issue I'm having is they're running off the board they'll be printing fine and then next thing I know they're printing out in the middle of no man's land or they're printing in the home position while the bed moves I've tried using cura, prusa, and creality but have not had any success with fixing my print I'm starting to think it could be a gcode or firmware issue but my prints are normal up until around 7 or more layers and then they start messing up and I can get somewhat of a fix if I turn it off and turn it back on and use the power loss detection to resume it starts printing back at normal for a layer or two. If anyone could please help me or has the configuration file I could copy or whatever I would be grateful for the help as I am fairly new to this and still trying to learn.
