Different heads

I thought I could use a 0,4 and a 0,25 on an U3 in that way that I cut the stl at a height and used the heads in sequence.

 

But any way I try I get no alternative other than Profile 0,1mm for both heads (after installing 0,25). Is there a way to do this? Or do I need to set all Quality, Top/Bottoms etc manually?

 

(I tried Simplify3D and that works in theory and generate a gcode that looks perfekt but then then heads and/or prints are (also internally) offset and totally messed up even if i compensate for it).
