Ghosting, underextrusion, bridging issues with brand new ultimaker s3

Hi,

I recently purchased a new Ultimaker s3 from matter hackers. I have been attempting to print my first test prints with it however I’m having significant bridging and ghosting issues when printing temp towers and calibration cubes, and under extrusion when printing a benchy.

I have tested the all the recommended temperatures for the black tough PLA supplied with the printer, and a different brand of PLA (matter hackers pro black filament), which actually makes matters significantly worse. I’ve tested both AA print cores, and different locations in my home to ensure it’s not the platform it’s on top of causing the issues or the air in the room. I’ve also tested Cura 4.13 and Cura 5.4.

Current print profile is the .15 layer height engineering profile, but have also tested the default “normal” .15 layer height profile. My goal with this printer is to produce mostly dimensionally accurate prototype parts, however id like the parts to also look nice and presentable as well.

I appreciate any help or advice you can give.

Thank you.

I have attached pictures depicting some of the issues below.
