Which build plate to buy?

I own a Creality Ender 5 Pro (mostly the same as Ender 5) and I'm having trouble with the standard build plate that came with the printer. I very much suspect it is deformed as I cannot level the bed properly. I've had to change the build plate from a glass plate that I got because recently filament didn't stick to it and it very much started having warping issues. One thing that was beneficial in the glass plate was the fact that it wasn't deformed, so the level was even throughout, but the standard plate had and still has good adhesion.

I want a permanent solution to these problems, with a build plate that doesn't deform and has good adhesion, these are my requirements.

I don't yet know if a magnetic bottom is necessary in build plates. I've also been hearing influencers say that G10 is the best build plate material. Can I get to know?
And finally, what build plate should I buy to mitigate these damn issues?
