Posted (edited) · Ultimaker S5 fail at the end of every print

I have this problem with newer version of Cura (5.3 & 5.4). At the end of the print, the Ultimaker S5 lets the print core 2 cool down before retracting the material. This cause the retraction to fail every time I'm not using PLA. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Thanks in advance

    Hi mrender,

The final printing temperature I use for ABS is 235 °C. After the printing, the print core will go as low as 75 °C before retracting.

It really seems like a sequence error of some sort (Retraction should be before cooldown). Note that the print core 1 is doing the sequence ok.
