Unsupported custom profiles in CURA 5.4

Hello,

Im having an issue where cura 5.4 will override my custom print profiles for an Ultimaker s3.

I currently have a print profile that I have created using the .15 engineering layer hight stock profile. Occasionally when I export a file from autodesk fusion into cura, my profile that I have created will become "Not Supported" in the drop down menu. I can still click on it, and use it, however instead of listing "Normal engineering - 0.15mm" next to the profile name it will say "not supported".

In addition to the name change, print speed, outer wall speed, support speed, all change from their original values, to much faster ones. Leading to a decrease in accuracy of the dimensional tolerances I was utilizing the engineering profile for. (these new values do not mimic any of the other stock profiles at a 70mm/s print speed where as the other profiles have a max of 50mm/s). As far as I can tell these are the only parameters that are overridden by Cura, however I have not gone through all the settings and checked every single one.

I understand that switching between profiles, and changing various parameters within them can cause certain parameters such as print speed to change, however, Im not switching between profiles, nor am I adjusting anything within them.

I just open cura, and sometimes the profile stays as it should, sometimes it does not.

Currently Im forced to import my saved profile from my computer almost every time I open cura.

I have added a picture below of the profile name change.

Anyone know how to get rid of this issue?

I appreciate your help!
