Please review the pictures, as they provide the most accurate depiction of the issues I've been experiencing with my Ultimaker S7 printer. I've been dealing with these problems for a few weeks now and am unsure of what steps to take.

It seems like as it prints, it leaves spots of filament higher than where it should print which get caught in the print head as it's printing. So, the material extruded sticks back to the printing head and doesn't stay on bed. Also, the filament sticks on the outside of nozzle making it hard to print.

    Hi,

We are having the same problem here at our company with the s7 that we have. Materials are kept in the Material Station system attached, and relative humidity never crosses 25% (we keep a humidity sensor in one of the empty material slots).

    Any updates with your situation?

    Thanks!

Hi there! Sorry I can't really help you with your problem, but I should let you know UltiMaker doesn't do official support through the forums. You can search the knowledge base or contact support directly here

And FYI: I'm moving this thread to the UltiMaker Printers section of the forum. It's a much better place for it, trust me 🙂
