I am in the USA. I recently was not able to order a UM1 using a CC or PayPal. This is due to your bank restricting the amount that can be spent internationally. You must call them and ask the bank to raise your limit. It can take up to a week at my bank and your time may vary.

Once they have raised your limit you will be able to order.

Also, be aware that banks will charge a international percentage fee. My bank was 1%. My credit card would have been 3%. You should probably figure that one out too.
