Hallo, ich hätte da mal ne frage Evtl. kann mir dabei jemand helfen.

 

Ich habe ein Kleines Verzugsproblem bei Bauteilen aber eher in Richtung Höhe.  Siehe Bilder.

 

Bild 1 sieht man direkt das es so eine Kurve macht und Bild 2 auch.

 

ich habe Zwischendurch ein paar weitere Muster gedruckt, dabei bin ich mit der Bett Temperatur immer niedrieger gegangen, dann wurde es ein wenig besser. Beginnend bei 95 grad runter bis auf 90grad. Standard wäre 85Grad

 

Warping wurde auch besser bzw. war nur an denn Enden, der Rest ohne Probleme, evtl druck ich es nochmal mit denn 85 grad Morgen.

 

Ansonsten Profil fast Standard

hat da jemand ne Idee oder is das Teil einfach Blöd zu Drucken 😄

 

Aktuell läuft es mit Pla mal schauen ob ich da die Probleme auch habe. Bei Pla habe ich das Problem nicht.

        Temperature status. During print preparation, the temperatures of the print cores and build plate will be shown on the display. This gives a better indication of the progress and remaining wait time. Save log files in paused state. It is now possible to save the printer's log files to USB if the currently active print job is paused. Previously, the Dump logs to USB option was only enabled if the printer was in idle state. Confirm print removal via Digital Factory. If the printer is connected to the Digital Factory, it is now possible to confirm the removal of a previous print job via the Digital Factory interface.
