Hi UM folks,

I get a "Nozzle offset test failed"message with every, really every print I do. And nearly all of my prints are using only one extruder. I uncheck the other extruder in Cura when slicing, so what the other extruder does is totally irrelevant. I installed the latest firmware on my UM3, and it still happens. Does anybody have an idea why this is happening? thanks.

    Hi,

does the lift switch work properly (is the right nozzle going up and down when the printer switches)? If not, you have to (re)calibrate the lift switch.

    Regards
