No.  98% sure you can't.  It's about how the slicer works, slicing the triangles in the 3d model into lines and then linking the lines up into loops.  That's just one of the basic steps.  Without the loops, the slicer wouldn't know what's "inside" the model and what's "outside".

 

You'd have to change the cad also to create non-manifold STL files where the models joined together. So you'd have to change both CAD software and also Cura.
