Production year of UM2 from Serial No

Is anyone able to determine the date this machine was manufactured from the Serial Number?

Manufacture date isn't part of the serial number.
Can I ask what you are trying to accomplish? or is it just curiosity?

The feeder tension settings are different on pre 2014 machines to post 2014 ones.  I think I have worked it out by trial and error and came to the conclusion that it is a post 2014 machine.
