Okay so here's a zip file with the files for it. In Cura, go to Help > Show Configuration Folder and unzip this into it (make sure to keep the folders so things go into the right folder). Restart Cura and it should be in the Add Printer list.

I'm in the same boat but I use a cloud version of cura (cloud3dprint). Any way you could post the settings here pls? Can't upload settings on cloud slicer.
I'm pretty sure you can't manually enter all the settings required for a printer definition from the Cura interface, and I don't know what interface you'd get available through a cloud version. Shouldn't a cloud version be running a newer version of Cura which has the profile anyway? It's not something I have experience with.

There was a profile for the Anycubic Kobra 2 added in a newer version of Cura. I'm going to guess that's probably applicable (like the profile for the Ender-3/Ender-3 v2 also applied to my Ender-3 v2 Neo). I could give you instructions to download the files from the Cura GitHub repo but seeing as I have nothing better to do gimme 5 minutes and I'll package the files into what should be easy to add.
