Tronxy X5sa-400 printer

Hello  I have my first 3d printer being a tronxy xy 2 pro and that works well. I bought myself a tronxy x5sa 400 printer and built that on Christmas day and have a problem with cura not putting my print in the middle of the heatbed  the program has been set up with my machine size being 400 x 400 x 400  does anyone have an idea why it would do that  thanks in advance

What format is the file you're trying to print? 3MF files can contain object co-ordinates so if you're loading something you set up with a smaller bed it might be positioning them where they would be on the smaller bed. STL files should load in the centre of the bed.

 

If you could provide a screenshot of where it is loading the models (if the above isn't the case) it might help.

Hello  I updated cura from 4.8 to 5.5 and added my printer size and it works perfectly  now I'm just having a problem trying to level the bed and getting the first layer to stick
