My company recently bought a Ultimaker S7 however I've been running into some issues initially printing with it. First it always throws a active bed leveling error which when cancelled still prints fine but the error persists. Second when using dual nozzle material 1 always says empty, I think this is because the front fan is never spinning but I dont know how that issue can be fixed. If anyone has any advice on these error I would greatly appreciate it. I reached out to UltiMaker Support but they have been extremely slow ie one email in three days so I figured I'd ask on here.

    Hi @archerjak
Sorry for the delay in response. UltiMaker was close globally for the Christmas and New Years Holiday period.
This caused a bit of backlog for the support team to catchup on, not an excuse..its just what it is.

I have notified the support manager and someone should be responding to your case shortly.
