Cura Slicer printing top layer first???

My apologies if the post title doesn't make sense, but I'm not sure how else to describe it. I'm having a weird issue, only with this specific model of a grid, where Cura is trying to print these dots at the cross points of the grid on the top layer, BEFORE printing the bottom layer. I can see in the preview that it's trying to print these dots first, at the top layer. I took a screenshot to try and show what I mean. Does anyone know what setting might be causing this? I've never had this issue before,

Could you please upload the Cura project file (get it ready to print, then go to File > Save Project) and upload the .3mf here? This is going to be pretty much impossible to investigate based on a single screenshot.
