Ultimaker 3 Extended - Offline in Digital Factory Cloud service - Not a group host

"Not a group host - You are attempting to connect to but it is not the host of a group. You can visit the web page to configure it as a group host."

When I click configure group, it takes me to a non functioning link. "print_jobs"

Cura version 5.5.0

Model Ultimaker 3 Extended

Firmware 5.3.0.20211003

Looked through all tabs in local digital factory, looked through printer menu, looked at cura settings but can't find anything that helps.

I can print via local network fine, but not using digital factory cloud solution.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rob

You should reach out to UltiMaker Support for that one.
    https://support.ultimaker.com/s/contactsupport

UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community.
Questions for Digital Factory are also generally hard for the community to answer as well.
