Hello everyone, I am having issues loading filament into our Ultimaker S5 machines. The print head is not extruding the new material whenever I place a new spool onto either of our machines. The material gets fed through the bowden tube fine, it is this last step that is giving me issues. no material comes out of the extruder for the last step. I have performed cleaning operations on the print heads (hot and cold pull), and like I said everything except the last step works perfectly. any help is appreciated!

Do you have a material station?

When you did the hot and cold pulls, did the nozzle extrude anything?

    check point

    1. Is the filament sharp at the end?

    2. Take all the filaments out of the equipment and touch the filaments with your hands

If there is a dent, it means it's stuck somewhere and stopped.

    3. The inside of the first borden tube needs to be cleaned.
The tension of the second push feeder must be increased.
The third core temperature is preheated manually in advance to proceed with the material input.

    4. If you have a tool that can disassemble the print core nozzle, it is recommended to disassemble the nozzle end and heat it with a torch to clean it.
