Posted (edited) · When trying to save a file for a MakerBot Printer it tells me to lower the platform

thats an odd one..
What model MakerBot are you trying to slice for and what version of UltiMaker Cura are you using?

Also, can you try saving to somewhere else such as documents, downloads or desktop?
You appear to be trying to save to onedrive.. which shouldn't be a issue.. but wondering if its a factor..

To me that error looks like there's an error in the startup/end gcode which Cura can't handle.

Any chance you could post those? To get there you open the printer dropdown at the top left:

(I unfortunately don't have that many printers, I just test stuff from the forum a lot and that adds the printer profile)

Anyway, click Manage printers. It should open the printers page in the Cura preferences with the currently active printer selected:

    Just click Machine Settings:

If you could copy and paste the code from the two boxes at the bottom and post that it might help. Or it might be barking up the wrong tree. But hey, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
