If your printer is similar enough to one of the Entina printers which have a profile, you can probably just select that and it should work. If it isn't similar to them, then you may have to look at Entina's website for instructions or to see if they have a definition file for it, search the web to see if anyone else has made a definition, or if necessary, make your own (which you'd probably want to do by copying one of the existing Entina profiles and changing the values to fit your machine).
UltiMaker is not responsible for adding profiles for third party printers to Cura, they must be contributed by either the manufacturer or community.
In the Cura 5.8 stable release, everyone can now tune their Z seams to look better than ever. Method series users get access to new material profiles, and the base Method model now has a printer profile, meaning the whole Method series is now supported in Cura!
We are happy to announce the next evolution in the UltiMaker 3D printer lineup: the UltiMaker Factor 4 industrial-grade 3D printer, designed to take manufacturing to new levels of efficiency and reliability. Factor 4 is an end-to-end 3D printing solution for light industrial applications
