Both Printer and Digital Factory asking for a code

When trying to connect my Printer to the digital factory, it pops up a QRcode and  requests a the digits that will be supplied once logged in. When i follow the QR code link and sign in, it askes for my printers digits.

 

How do i connect when both of them want a code that none will generate?
