Custom supports and Part fro calibration were a plug-in the market place. Where did they go and when will the plugins be added back?

There were conflicts with Cura since 5.x came out so @Cuq has pulled them from the MarketPlace.  I'll let him address whether they will be back or not.

I use the Cylindrical Support shapes a lot.  I copied the "CustomSupportCylinder" folder and its contents from the 5.6 "Plugins" folder to the 5.7 "Plugins" folder and Cura 5.7.1 found it the next time I ran the program.

You can use the "Help | Show Configuration Folder" command and you will see the "Plugins" folder for that version of Cura.

I don't see "CustomSupportCylinder" in the marketplace plugins for cure 5.6 or 5.7. I did got to help and look at configurations folder and it shows the plugins I download today.. I can find a plugin for "CustomSupportCylinder" or "Part for Calibration".

    Thanks for the continued help..

If you save a project file those "special blocks" don't hold their position/location.  I think that's why they've been removed from the MarketPlace.
