Creality K1 Max printer not in Printer List

I have recently purchased a Creality K1 Max printer, but noticed that this new printer does not appear in the Cura printer list in version 5.7.1.

Until the K1 Max appears in the Cura list of printers, can I use the Creality CR-10 settings in the meantime, as the 300x300x300mm Build Plate size is the same size on both printers?

Probably. Most Creality printers (except the really really new ones) are pretty similar so the profiles usually aren't too different. I don't know enough about either of those (I mainly know the Ender-3 Vx models) to know if there's any major differences. Just watch your first few prints and if it looks like it's going to hurt itself, cancel the print.

Official disclaimer (sorry, comes with the job of assistant mod):

UltiMaker is not responsible for adding definitions for third party printers to Cura. They must be contributed by either the manufacturer or the community.
