Ultimaker Cura and Windows 11

Hi

Every time I try to add a printer to version 5.7.1 in windows 11 the program exits.  It works perfectly in Windows 10-

My printer is a creality ender3 V3 SE.  Any ideas would be appreciated

Hi! There should be a log file at %APPDATA%\cura\5.7\cura.log - if you could post that it might help.

Also in %APPDATA%\cura\ there might be files called stderr.log and stdout.log - if they are there it might help if you could post them too.

Thanks for the quick response.  There was no cura.log file but Here are the other 2 files

stderr.log stdout.log
