Elegroo Neptune 4 pro is not detected by Cura on the network

Cura does not find my 3D printer in my local network (not automaticlly, not via the IP addres) . I can find it with IP address in my Firefox and can make do stuff. I tried Ultimaker Cura 5.7.1 and Elegoo Curo 5.6.0. What the next step?

Try asking Elegoo, This is the UltiMaker Community.
Elegoo Cura is maintained by Elegoo with zero involvement of UltiMaker and is not considered an official release of UltiMaker Cura.

Additionally direct network connection via UltiMaker Cura is designed for UltiMaker 3d printers.
Usually you need to install a plugin or some workaround to use a 3rd party 3d printer over the network.

You should reach out to Elegoo for support on this issue.
