that looks like a screenshot of windows firewall?
This issue would be related to your network router - basically your printer cant connect to UltiMaker servers.
Otherwise please open a support case with UltiMaker directly, and send them your machine's log file it will tell them exactly whats wrong.
UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community.
