S5 Printer will not give option to connect to difgital factory

I will add a picture shortly of my screen, but basically I just see 6 "-" instead of a code.

It would appear that all those ports are already open. As for whitelisting the domains, I am not sure how to find that setting.

that looks like a screenshot of windows firewall?
This issue would be related to your network router - basically your printer cant connect to UltiMaker servers.

Otherwise please open a support case with UltiMaker directly, and send them your machine's log file it will tell them exactly whats wrong.
UltiMaker does not provide direct support via the community.
