Does anyone have any idea what could be causing these on the latest versions ?

    Here's a good article: https://github.com/Ghostkeeper/SettingsGuide/blob/master/resources/articles/troubleshooting/missing_parts.md

Either the missing parts are too thin (and you had settings enabled in 4.13 to compensate for that, most notably 'Print thin lines'), or the model is "non-manifold", and you had settings enabled in 4.13 to compensate for that.

    Thank you for replying
I compared it between the two versions and found additional settings in the walls, where it was 39 mm, so I changed it.
    Now everything is OK
