Printer not printing

Hi all my ultimaker s5 printer isn't printing the file is being sent from fusion 360 but when I go to print it tells me printer unavailable,even though I can see all my materials and the part I want to print . Any ideas?

yes it was working fine during the week

Yea it works for me its like the printer is frozen on the last job  I've uninstalled cura ans back again and the same thing the last aborted job is there

That is UltiMaker Cura, not fusion360....

Also I recommend contacting UltiMaker Support directly for help
