Ist das Teil wirklich ca 230 mm im Durchmesser?
Dann dürften weder die 1:30 noch die 0:30 stimmen.
Im Screenshot ist das Teil auf 90% scaliert
Mit der flachen Seite aufs Druckbett setzen, spart schon mal etwas Support.
Es geht aber noch einfacher, beim Support unter "Plazierung Stützstruktur" einfach nur "Druckbett berühren" einstellen. Damit wird nur der Gewindestutzen mit Support versehen, im Inneren wird kein Support gesetzt.

Hallo
wenn ich das Teil flach auf den Tisch lege. Den notwendigen Supportblocker im Innern setze komme ich auf 30Sekunden.

Habe einen älteren i7-6770HQ mit 16Mb Arbeitsspeicher verwendet
Wenn du in Cura "Projekt speichern" oder einfach nur "STRG-S" verwendest kannst du das projekt mit allen Einstellungen inkluisive Drucker als 3mf Datei speichern.
Denke das wirst du noch brauchen.
