Hello,

I have recently noticed, that the temperature of the extruder hesitates extremely as soon as the ventilator is switched on. But only if the fan is not completely switched on. If I turn the fan completely on(255), the effect disappears. I tried to make a video in which the effect is visible.

 

Is this normal?

    yes, you can get interference between the wiring for the fan and the thermocouple wires, particularly when the fan wires are being pulsed to produce slower speeds.

    Try to keep the wires for the fan as far away from the wires that go from the thermocouple to the little amplifier board on top of the print head, and see if that helps.
