Hello !

I will product the integrated nozzle in 0.25mm for the UM2. But i have some error on the product file:

I don't have the thread and i am not sure that is only one piece ?

One idea to recover the correct file ? Or what are the thread on this ?

Thanks a lot all !

Not sure what you're looking for, but it's normal not to model the threads in the 3D model, and note them in the documentation.

I need this informations to send this piece to the production.

Edit: I found the documentation, thanks ! :)

I wish machining with an output at 0.25mm .

If I remplace the original piece with the new (0.25mm) and change the setting in Cura, it will be a problem for the UM2 ?

    Thanks for your help !

It shouldn't be a problem particularly, although it will take much higher pressures to extrude the same volumes as before, since the opening of your new nozzle will be about one-third the size of the original one. As a result, you will have to reduce print speeds a lot - especially since the extruder on the UM2 often isn't very strong.

I have one question, on the documentation of the nozzle, there is no thread for "M3x14mm slug into the messing heater block" (page 53 in the assembly montage). That true ?

    Thanks a lot !
