Create mathematical objects

Hi,

I want to know how I can create models like dizingof creations (eg http://www.3dizingof.com/3D-Printing/product/cells-bowl-by-dizingof/).

Did someone knows how he is designed that ? Software ? Tutorials ?

Is this very difficult ?

I don't know how hard generating those models is. If it is truly something that can be described mathematically, look at OpenSCAD which uses a mathematically language to generate a model.
